Dominic Goodwin

Dominic Goodwin's acting credits include Northern tours of Two by Jim Cartwright, The Long Mirror by J B Priestley, Siegfried Sassoon in the world war one play Not About Heroes by Stephen MacDonald and Touchstone in As You Like It. Other roles include Bottom in A Midsummer Nights Dream at The Beck Theatre, Oscar in The Odd Couple, Freddie in Noises off, Jack in September in the Rain and Happy Jack all for Ratatat Theatre Company, Al in April in Paris, Robert in Dropping to Zero at The Edinburgh Festival Fringe 2007 as well as two appearances as Hercule Poirot; Black Coffee and Peril At End House.

Dominic's one-man show, Laughter In The Wings (two J Kingston Platt stories by Peter "Just a Minute" Jones) toured Yorkshire in 2007, when he also toured the North in My Fat Friend for Clap Trap Productions, as well as reprising his role as Siegfried Sassoon in their 2008 tour of Not About Heroes, alongside Emanuel Brierley. Dominic played four characters in the Angus and Ross 2009 tour of The Mystery of Irma Vep by Charles Ludlam.

Early 2010 saw him play Dr Watson in the third tour of Stuart Fortey's acclaimed comedy: Holmes and Watson - The Farewell Tour and Mr Toad in Martin Riley's adaptation of Wind in the Willows. For Angus & Ross he toured Up Frankie! by Stuart Fortey in autumn 2010, directed by Tony Liddington. His voice credits include Echoes of Summer, a cd of John Nursey poetry, recorded early in 2007, The Man Who Wrote Lassie for BBC Radio 4, as well as umpteen guest spots on BBC Radio York.
